
Pizza and tater tots come together to make this cheesy Italian inspired casserole that’s perfectly kid-friendly AND adult-friendly too!

Ingredients
1 Lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1 Small White Onion, Diced
1 Can Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
7 Oz. Pizza Sauce
1 1/4 C. Fat Free Mozzarella
16 Oz. Frozen Tater Tots
Instructions
Lightly coat a medium skillet with non-stick spray and place the 1 Lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey in to cook over medium-high heat until cooked through and browned.
Add in the 1 Small White Onion and continue to cook for a few minutes or until the onion is tender.
Remove from the heat and stir in the 1 Can Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside of an 8×8″ or 9×9″ baking dish.
Transfer the meat and onion mixture to the bottom of the dish.
Top the meat with the 7 Oz. Pizza Sauce and spread into an even layer.
Sprinkle the 1 1/4 C. Fat Free Mozzarella over the pizza sauce.
Top it all off with a single layer of the tater tots.
Place it in the over to bake for about 25 minutes or until it’s starting to bubble.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into 6 pieces to serve right away and enjoy.
