I just entered the field of pastry baking, and this was my first ever pie crust. I’ve heard so many horror stories and thought I’d probably use the ready-made dough obtained from the supermarket that you just lay in a pan and bake, it was good enough to use it for my first pie.
But I was urged by my friend to try to roll out my own one. And, It was so easy to do and treat, and I’m always surprised that it turned out so good.
