Ruth’s Grandma’s Pie Crust

FOR THE PIE, YOU’LL NEED JUST

200g.Of cake flour.
100g.Of soft semi-salted butter.
2 Tablespoons.Of CANOLA oil.
2 Tablespoons.Of milk.
2 Tablespoons.Of sugar.
In egg yolk.

DIRECTIONS

Step 1: Blend the canola oil, with milk and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: After that add the butter and one egg yolk, then beat again until a homogeneous mass is reached.
Step 3: Then add the flour until a soft dough is made.
Step 4: Film the dough and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Step 5: You just have to use it and spread it with your hand or a roller according to your inspiration.
