Banana Split Fluff

This Banana Split Fluff Salad is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of a classic banana split into a creamy, fruity salad. Perfect for summer gatherings or potlucks!

Ingredients

1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping (thawed)
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
2 ripe bananas (sliced)
1 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries (plus extra for garnish)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)
Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the instant pudding mix and crushed pineapple with its juice until well combined and thickened.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
Add in the mini marshmallows, sliced bananas, chopped strawberries, cherries, and nuts (if using). Stir gently to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend and marshmallows to soften.
Before serving, garnish with extra cherries, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, or a sprinkle of nuts if desired.
Notes
For best texture, add banana slices just before serving to avoid browning.
You can also swap in other fruits like blueberries or grapes for a fun twist.
