Ingredients
2 pounds frozen hash browns
2 pounds ground sausage, cooked thoroughly
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 cups of milk
9 large eggs, whisked
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 small can diced green chilis
Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make Sausage Hashbrown Casserole
Preheat the oven to 350*.Cook the sausage until completely browned
Remove the sausage from the pan.Add a couple drops of oil and place the hashbrowns in the same skillet to lightly brown
Grease a 9×13 baking pan.Line the bottom with slightly cooked hash browns.Add sausage on to of the hash browns
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the meat.Sprinkle on the diced green chilis on top of the cheese
In a large bowl combine the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper.Whisk to combine well
Pour this mixture over the top of the meat and hash browns.Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, until the eggs are completely set.
