INGREDIENTS
1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
4 cups rice krispie cereal
3 cups pretzel sticks (slightly crushed)
1 ½ cups roasted peanuts
PREPARATION
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cereal, crushed pretzels, and peanuts.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate chips in 30 second increments until fully melted. Stir until smooth.
Pour melted chocolate into the large bowl and mix until evenly coated.
Spread in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and let sit until fully set.
Once set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
