BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 cup BBQ sauce
12 lasagna noodles
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add diced onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the beef, cooking until onions are translucent.
Stir in BBQ sauce and remove from heat.
In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, and half the cheddar.
Grease a baking dish and spread a layer of meat mixture on the bottom.
Place lasagna noodles on top, followed by a layer of ricotta mixture, bacon crumbles, and shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella and cheddar on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
