KFC COLESLAW

This incredible is rich in vitamins !! Today we will show you how to prepare the best Kentucky Fried Chicken Coleslaw, which I think is better than the ones in restaurants!! All you need are a few ingredients to cook up some delicious KFC Coleslaw for everyone in the family, and I promise it will be the only kind of coleslaw I will ever eat!

You will need :

carrots: 2
Red cabbage: a medium head (cabbage is good too)
Yogurt: 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
White vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Onion: 1 small (grated)
Salt and black pepper

Prepare :

You will need to add the yogurt/sugar/white vinegar and mayonnaise with salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Then, mix the ingredients well and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for about 61 minutes to blend the flavor of the ingredients.
Be sure to wash the cabbage and soak it a little in water and vinegar. Lino and slicing into long, thin strips.
Next, you need to wash the carrots well, peel them with a knife, and then chop them into thin slices with a grater.
Then you get a large bowl and put in the grated carrots, then the chopped cabbage, stirring well.
Time is up, take the marinade out of the fridge. You can then add it to the lettuce and carrots and mix the ingredients well.Finally, refrigerate the salad for about 3 hours.
After 3 hours, you can put it on a serving plate.
