3-Ingredient Crescent Pizza Rolls

The ultimate 15-minute snack! Flaky, buttery crescent rolls stuffed with savory pepperoni and gooey mozzarella cheese. Perfect for quick lunches or party appetizers!

Prep Time 5minutes mins
Cook Time 14minutes mins

Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough 8-count
32 slices pepperoni
4 mozzarella cheese sticks each cut in half

Instructions

Preheat and prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper, or lightly grease it.
Assemble the rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into eight triangles. Place four pepperoni slices on the wide end of each triangle, then set one mozzarella piece on top.
Roll the dough: Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the pointed tip, gently tucking the sides inward to help contain the cheese.
Arrange on the pan: Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between them.
Bake and rest: Bake for 11 to 14 minutes, or until the crescent dough is puffed and deeply golden brown and the cheese has melted. Rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
Always place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet so they do not unroll and spill the melted cheese while baking.
