1½ lb ground beef
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
¾ cup ketchup divided
1 packet onion soup mix
How To Make 5-Ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ½ cup ketchup, and onion soup mix. Mix gently until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the center of the prepared sheet pan.
Spread the remaining ¼ cup ketchup evenly over the top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
