For the most consistent results, use a kitchen scale to measure your ingredients. Kitchen scales are inexpensive and available everywhere!
If you don’t have a piping bag, you can use a gallon Ziploc bag and snip the corner off. You can also use a spoon to put the dough in the pans but I have found that piping is easier and makes neater donuts.
Be careful not to over-mix the batter when blending the wet and dry ingredients. Overmixing will make your donuts tough.
Use room temperature ingredients for the lightest and fluffiest donuts!
